About the Campaign:

Justin Malcolm,

Also known as “Malcolm” to his friends and family was called home early to his father in heaven on Sunday March 17, 2019. Malcolm lived for his kids. He tried to be the best, most positive role model to them and anyone in his presence. He may have looked tough but he was a giant tattooed teddy bear. Even when he was struggling, he always wanted to lift others spirits or help them out, he would have given you the shirt off of his back. From the moment you met Justin, you could feel his loyalty as a friend. He was there in the middle of the night if you needed a ride, he was there if you had girl or guy problems, he was there for his kids, his friends, and his family anytime, any day, anywhere. He was one of the most genuine, kind hearted souls to have walked this earth and he will be missed, loved, and thought about daily.

He also loved boating, fishing and spending his summers at the family pool. He loved his friends, EVERYONE of them!!! He was the only other person who could hit a golf ball exactly like Happy Gilmore as well as do an eight ball break with his eyes closed. He enjoyed playing in the South Valley Pool League and loved playing sober softball. He was always the life of the party and made friends everywhere he went. He was a smooth talker and could have sold a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves. He most cherished his work at his family business, House of Blinds, as an installer.

He is survived by his children, Trayton (18), Kyler (16) and Evelyn (11), his mother Debbie (Cory), Sisters Cherelle Gilger (Shep), Courtney, Casey and Megan Gull, brother Jake Gilger, step-mom Lisa, Grandparents Bill and Lynette Gord and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Please help this sweet family. Your donation will bless them greatly, allowing them to concentrate on healing and not on the financial burden which comes from losing a loved one.

He is preceded in death by father Randy and grandparents Keith and Fern.

The viewing will be held on Friday March 22nd 2019 from 2-3 with funeral services to follow at 3:11 p.m. at Mountain View Memorial Estates; 3115 E Bengal Blvd, Cottonwood Heights.

If you or anyone you know is struggling with depression or addiction, please reach out. We wish Justin would have.He will be greatly missed and a part of us will always be with him in heaven.

God bless you for your generosity, love, and support. Thank you! Please share.

Our little girl loves you Justin. She said she had a dream about you last night, you were there and she finally got to tell you she loves you and say goodbye then you were gone she said. I told her that was you coming to help her find some comfort. I hope you found your comfort and that really was you in her dream. Rest in peace.
